Expanding Access to Dental Care Where It’s Needed Most

We believe everyone deserves access to preventative and restorative dental care—no matter where they live, how much they earn, or what barriers they face. Parkland Smile Initiative is a non-profit organization rooted in equity, community, and long-term impact.

From school-based oral health education to training the next generation of dental care providers, we’re building sustainable solutions that serve real people in real need—starting right here in Saskatchewan.

💡 What We Do

  • School Outreach & Education: Bringing age-appropriate dental health education into schools

  • Tuition Support: Funding students committed to serving underserved communities through dental therapy

  • Community Engagement: Creating long-term relationships to address gaps in oral healthcare

  • Future Planning: Launching mobile dental services to serve those with limited or no access

🙌 Built on Values

  • Innovation & Local Collaboration

Parkland Smile Initiative is fortunate to operate in Treaty 4, the traditional lands of the Cree, Saulteaux, Dakota, Nakota, Lakota, and on the homeland of the Métis Nation. We honor and respect the Treaties made across these lands, recognize the injustices and harms of the past, and commit to moving forward in partnership with Indigenous Nations, guided by the principles of reconciliation and collaboration.
